Tailored Storage Solutions
An economical and versatile system that can be configured for a variety of uses and product sizes when floor storage can be limited.
Pallet racking that offers strength, flexibility, and cost savings over welded racking.
A tighter configuration that provides maximum storage density and allows for fast picking. These systems typically operate in conjunction with wire-guided or rail-guided reach-truck systems.
First In, Last Out (FILO) style of racking that has higher storage densities than any other racking systems available.
First In, Last Out system (FILO) designed to offer increased storage density with more pick faces than traditional high-density systems.
Utilizes a calculated angle of descent to advance pallets along roller track or track beds from restocking position (charge) to the picking position (discharge) of the system.

Common questions we get about our pallet racking answered here!
For newly provided systems, the engineered capacities are determined in advance. We can provide Data capacity placards that you can/should display indicating the capacity of your system. For existing systems, our engineering partners at Damotech are able to evaluate existing uprights, beams, elevations, etc, to provide capacities. In both cases variations in your layout can mean variations in your capacity.
The national guidelines surrounding pallet racking suggest that internally you should have someone trained to do regular inspections on your racking system. In addition to that, the national Guidelines suggest that you should have a 3rd party expert in the industry or an engineer inspect the pallet racking based on frequency that is suitable to your potential for damage.
Per national guidelines and the recommendation of manufacturers, all pallet racking should be anchored to a concrete slab. While there are new technologies where chemical anchors or chemical adhesion can be utilized, the majority of systems are anchored with a mechanical anchor. It is not an acceptable practice to install on gravel, asphalt, or patio stones.
Across Canada, there are many different seismic zones that are taken into consideration when installing racking systems. The higher the risk for seismic activity, the more robust the design of your pallet racking. Also, installation conditions such as freezers, coolers, or outdoor use may affect the design of your racking system.
